What to do when your iriver player is defective


Please sent your defective iriver player to our new service center:

iTech, Am Kronberger Hang 3, 65824 Schwalbach a. Ts. in Germany and not to send to AP Deutschland in Steinbach!

 

  1. Read the Warranty Information
    -> Verify that your player is in warranty (warranty period is 12 months)
  2. Read the Return Procedures and Conditions
    -> Learn how to return the defective player to iriver
  3. Request a RMA Number
    -> Fill-in the RMA request page and send it to iriver Iriver Service by iTech (Am Kronberger Hang 3, 65824 Schwalbach a. Ts.).
    -> Wait for the confirmation and further instructions
